Raw Material Testing
Incoming raw turmeric tested for curcumin content, moisture, and visual defects before acceptance.
Processing Control
Controlled cleaning, drying, and grinding with temperature and humidity monitoring throughout.
In-Process Testing
Regular sampling during processing to verify mesh size, moisture content, and color consistency.
Final Lab Analysis
Comprehensive testing at accredited labs for all quality and safety parameters before release.
Packaging Inspection

We Reject Sub-Standard Lots
Not everything that comes through our facility makes it to customers. We have strict rejection criteria to ensure only quality product ships.
Rejected lots are either returned to suppliers, sold in local markets where standards differ, or disposed of - never mixed with export-grade product.
