Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, actual products may vary slightly due to natural variations in turmeric. Product specifications such as curcumin content are based on typical batch testing and may vary within acceptable industry standards.
Pricing and Orders
- All prices are subject to change and are provided upon inquiry based on current market conditions.
- Minimum order quantities apply (typically 1 metric ton for wholesale orders).
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or letter of credit as agreed upon.
- Shipping and handling charges are additional and calculated based on destination and order volume.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are negotiated individually for each transaction and may include:
- Advance payment via bank transfer (T/T)
- Letter of Credit (L/C) for export orders
- Other mutually agreed payment arrangements
Quality Assurance
We provide quality certificates and lab test reports with each shipment. Any quality disputes must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods along with supporting documentation from an accredited laboratory.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF).
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
