Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, onions)

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1 small jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes

Turmeric Amount: 2 teaspoons turmeric powder for 4 cups

Instructions
